  • Business plan inputs (required for plan generation): Company details, industry information, and other data you provide to generate plans.
  • Check-in data (voluntary): Mood ratings, weekly wins, challenges, and other responses you may submit through the accountability check-in feature.
  • Milestone updates (voluntary): Status updates on milestones generated from your finalized plans. Milestones are created automatically, but updating their status is optional.
  • Communications (voluntary): Messages you send through our contact form or support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, plans generated, and session duration.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
  • Location data: General geographic location derived from your IP address (used for currency display).

4. AI Processing & Your Data

When you generate a business plan or receive AI-powered coaching insights, your inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (currently xAI and Google) for processing. If you have provided optional profile information (such as your name, company name, or personal background), this data may also be included to personalize the AI output.

Your inputs are used solely to generate your requested content and are not used by us to train AI models. We may change AI providers from time to time to improve the Service. Please refer to our current AI providers' privacy policies for information on how they handle data.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), xAI and Google (AI plan generation and coaching), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and Brevo (email marketing and behavioral tracking).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit permission.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish unique users and track sessions. GA4 collects data on page views, custom events (such as plan creation, purchases, and feature interactions), and general usage patterns. We additionally use Brevo for behavioral tracking and email marketing, which may set its own cookies to monitor site interactions. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated business plans, milestones, check-in data, and profile information are stored for the duration of your account. Payment records are retained as required by tax and legal obligations. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings, which permanently removes your profile, plans, milestones, check-ins, and authentication credentials.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Delete your account and all associated data (self-service via account settings)
